For me, Home has always been Greater Vancouver’s suburb of Coquitlam, where I was born and raised, still reside, and have raised my family. As well as myself, my 5 children have been educated through the local school system. At the present time, my daughter is attending school in Port Moody. As a native Coquitlamer, I am proud and excited to be working as a full-time Real Estate Consultant since 1997, showing others how amazing this community is! For nearly 2 decades, my clients have come predominantly through referrals from clients and friends, dating back to my early school years. I also have past clients through my 5 years of leading in Scouting and other community involvement, as well as through my internet marketing.
Drawing on my customer oriented work ethics, leadership skills and marketing background, plus area expertise, I bring knowledgeable friendly service with all aspects of buying and selling residential Real Estate and Investment properties. Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam and the neighbouring communities of Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, and Burnaby are my top areas of expertise. As much as I love people, their stories, and their diversities, I love homes and appreciate all of the uniqueness that encompasses each. I thrive to help people understand and enjoy the process of home buying and selling, listening to needs and providing professional service in matching clients to their future homes, and life plans. I love educating and helping first time home buyers, people upsizing or downsizing to new homes, purchases and sales of investment and vacation properties, and helping families with senior loved ones move into their last homes. With a SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist), I work effectively and with compassion to help make difficult changes easier to bear for everyone, making moves a positive experience!
